The toddlers in Bonsai II were amazed with this experiment. Asking the students questions and then following up with an experiment really kept the students focused. I read to them from the Big Picture Book and they loved it. I was truly amazed to hear the answer I got from the students during the I fall down project. We demonstrated how things falls using dripping milk. At this age toddlers are always spilling milk so this was a great way to incorporate what happens on a daily basis. We also compared the size of the teachers' shoes to the students' and compared the soap and sponge. The students were very focused and actively participated and answered questions. They really enjoyed this project.
